What we store
Public help-seeking posts, original source URLs and available public metadata; the business profile you provide; your email and consent when you subscribe; early-access form responses; and limited visit and campaign events. Raw signals are retained for no more than 90 days. Website profiles are cached for seven days and demo results for 24 hours.
Why we use it
We match public Salesforce requests to relevant services, show original public posts, and send digests only with consent. Public results mask author names to initials and remove email addresses and profile links. We do not sell your email.
Choices and deletion
Digest emails include an unsubscribe link. You can request deletion of your subscription, submitted profile or early-access information. IP addresses are hashed with a private salt for demo limits; raw IP addresses are not stored.
